1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ContentStudio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, free-plan users, and paying subscribers.

2. Account

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. Subscription and Billing

ContentStudio offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in Euros and exclude applicable taxes.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period -- no prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing period after the notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ContentStudio to:

• Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or attempt to compromise system security
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Resell or redistribute ContentStudio services without written permission
• Generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you create using ContentStudio, including articles, research, templates, and other materials. We do not claim any rights over your content.

ContentStudio, its logo, design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of ContentStudio and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

ContentStudio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Upon closure, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we are required to do so by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of serious violations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the application at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of ContentStudio after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
